However, I wish to do this with the best possible FMO/IMO which gives me and my brokers the most access possible to carriers and has the most added benefits that help with sales.Todd King here on the forum is a good one to look at. Some carriers will allow you to contract direct with them. But most require a middle man such as a GA or IMO.
